Zach Cole

 As our Director of Operations, Zach is responsible for designing, maintaining, and refining the systems that keep our company running efficiently and profitably. He oversees operational performance, financial structure, and the technology platforms that connect our teams, including Salesforce, Mission Control, QuickBooks, Gusto, and supporting tools. His strengths lie in operations strategy, financial organization, and systems architecture, with a particular talent for translating real-world workflows into scalable, repeatable processes that support growth while protecting margins. Rather than viewing departments in isolation—such as sales, estimation, billing, reporting, design, and construction—Zach approaches the company as one interconnected operation. This perspective is essential to our success, and he has managed this role with consistency and excellence for several years.

Zach’s background blends financial discipline with hands-on operational experience across construction and service environments. This, along with his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strongly informs his practical, grounded approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys stepping away from operations to recharge. He and his wife love to travel—“She’s the planner, and I get to enjoy the experience,” as he puts it. Their adventures have included a multi-day train journey across the United States and destinations such as Jamaica, Mexico, Iceland, Switzerland, and Ireland, where they were married on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. They’re currently working their way toward Germany and Costa Rica. When he’s not traveling, Zach enjoys gaming to unwind and working with his hands, whether that means building, fixing, or helping bring one of his wife’s projects to life.
