Mitch Frederick
Mitch came to our company with a decade of experience in sales, before adding five more years with his work at Apex. After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from IU Southeast, he went on to run an insurance company in Louisville and work in Sales and Events for Churchill Downs. As one of the first people a customer meets when starting their journey with us, we choose our sales representative carefully. Not only must they have skills in communication, organization and problem-solving, they also must genuinely build relationships with our clients. No one is more aware of the weight of the decision each customer must make before signing a contract than our sales reps, and Mitch more than gets it. He checks every box and goes above and beyond for his customers. From first consultation, to design meeting, to final reveal- Mitch guarantees his clients have every need met , ensuring the best service possible. He is so passionate about each project, you’d think it was his home we are working on! This level of dedication doesn’t end with his work relationships, however. Mitch is a family man before anything else, as a proud husband and father of two. He spends the majority of his time outside of work coaching his children’s sports teams or having a family-day at the park. He and his wife love hosting get-togethers for all of their loved ones, often cooking out and streaming the game. To everyone's delight, he even brings those grilling skills to outdoor work-events. If he’s able to find the time after all is said and done, he enjoys playing a relaxing game of golf with his friends. From his commitment to the customer experience, to his presence in his family, to work participation- Mitch is someone you can count on.
