Joe Ender brings more than a decade of field management and executive experience spanning commercial construction, hospitality development, federal contracting and public-sector project delivery to our company. He has overseen the construction of hotels, restaurants, and government facilities across the region, and previously led U.S construction operations for Yum! Brands. With his impressive history, Joe has been able to drive business development and project execution with a client-first mindset and unmatched skill. He works closely with owners, design teams, and key stakeholders to align expectations, strengthen communication, and ensure every decision supports schedule, budget and long-term performance. While we value Joe as a top contributor at Apex, he is also a proud husband and father. As a family, they love traveling to new places and finding adventures outdoors whenever they can.
