Elizabeth Neal

Elizabeth is our lead designer at Apex. After graduating from Western Kentucky University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, she started to work in residential and commercial design. Now, at Apex, she is our lead designer. Every day, she uses 3D scans of homes and yards to create custom designs for each client that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. After creating her design, she uses a rendering program to bring the concept to life using VR. The clients are then able to literally walk through their dream backyard, where they are encouraged to point out anything they would like to change before finalizing the design. From there, she puts together building plans that are ready for HOA submission and permit approval. Both clients and coworkers alike have described Elizabeth as a “gentle spirit.” She makes it easy to relax with her confident but calming presence. This caring nature, as well as her creativity, is reflected in her home life. When she's not at work, you can find her starting (and sometimes finishing) a DIY home project, or giving her beloved golden retriever, Happy, plenty of belly rubs. Her art and her pup are her two favorite topics of conversation. As you can see, Elizabeth plays a key role in our unique design process and office culture. We are grateful for her talent, knowledge, and easy-going personality, and we’re excited to watch her continue to blossom here at Apex.
